fantastic stay

gorgeous beachhelpful stafffast assistancefriendly staff

the beach was gorgeous and very similar to cancun's. the staff were friendly and always available to help. butler khamdam provided fast assistance. the reception staff, managers, and waiters on the beach and in the restaurant showed courtesy.

i noticed the cute service could be better, especially with luggage handling at the check-in desk.

the rooms are clean and spacious. the hotel evokes thoughts of a carefree caribbean vacation. very nice cocktails with natural ingredients such as mango and berries are available.

i loved watching live sports. the atmosphere was amazing and the service felt great. i want to thank mr asanka for the attentive and friendly service, it really stood out. i also really enjoyed the calm, clean sea by the beach.

the reception upon arrival could improve. i didn't receive welcome drinks or a room tour and had to request the complimentary bottles. other guests received drinks and gifts, it felt inconsistent and a bit off-putting. i noticed there weren't maps with things to do. overall, the check-in was a bit underwhelming.

the pools are very warm, perfect for families and relaxation. ample seating is available in all areas around the pool and beach. the opportunity to walk along the shoreline is a joy.

I found the food to be lovely. I especially enjoyed my Lebanese meal at the Tean restaurant. The staff member Hossam was very attentive and cute. I appreciated his service.

The check-in process was somewhat slow. Guests spent too much time selecting complimentary water bottles. I found this detracted from an efficient check-in.
